What characterizes our project is a bespoke habitat - paying homage to the historic architecture while elevating the elements into a cozy retreat. We were able to preserve the original footprint of the space; every door, ceiling medallion, molding, and the early 1900’s tongue and groove hardwood floor. We transformed the interior archetype into a rich color pallet with vintage inspired furnishings to make you feel right at home.

A unique kind of hospitality where guests have a chance to go off-line, refresh and enjoy T1RH livable design experience. We like to think of it as a human charging station, where you can rise to the morning sun in the primary suite and enjoy beautiful sunsets on the private terrace.

Surrounded in the highest quality far infrared heat, you’ll relax, boost your immune system, improve circulation, and naturally detoxify your body. T1RH sauna provides a wellness sanctuary for you to reclaim your peace and enjoy some “me” time.

Looking up at the original skylight 15’ above, you may catch a shooting star, a full moon, or maybe a ufo. There’s nothing better than an insta-hot, spacious shower with great water pressure. The floor to ceiling handmade zellige tile isn’t too shabby either.

The maximized space with two separate lounge areas offer endless options to kick back and relax. Work, live, chill and lounge on the couch, take a nap on the daybed, or read a book in our thoughtfully curated micro library.
